End User License Agreement

 

Please read this End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully. The terms set forth in the following sections govern your use of the videogame, patches, upgrades and/or any related services ("Product" or "Game") provided by Little Nous Studio ("Licensor"). By installing and using the product you ("User" or "You") accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree with one of these, please do not install or use the Product.

Grant of License

Upon purchase or distribution from the Licensor, Little Nous Studio grants You a non-exclusive license to use this videogame. It does not imply ownership or transfer of ownership of any aspect of the game, including but not limited to, sounds, music tracks, art, or code. 

 

Restrictions for Use

"Use" is defined as playing this game for recreation. You shall not directly or indirectly use the software in a way unintended by the Licensor, reverse engineer the software, copy or reproduce the software, use the software for illegal purposes, sell or distribute the software or any of its components to third parties. 

 

Violation of Terms

If the User breaches any terms set forth in this binding EULA, Little Nous Studio reserves the right to revoke the Grant of License of this software immediately and to recover any damages, tangible or intangible, as a consequence of the User breaching the terms. 

 

Limitations on Liability

This videogame is being offered as is. Little Nous Studio cannot be held liable for damages to the User or indirect users of this videogame. Damages may be caused by, but are not limited to, any property damage, malfunction of software, personal injury or loss of reputation. 

 

Termination of Licensing

This EULA becomes enforceable as soon as the game is purchased and/or installed by the User, whichever date is earlier. This license may be terminated by You or Little Nous Studio for any reason at any time. Termination by Little Nous Studio will be effective upon (a) Notice to You, (b) at the time that Little Nous Studio decides to discontinue the offering, or (c) automatically if You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. 

 

Software Updates

There may be rare instances where we will need to send out patches or updates for this game. Updated game files will be available/implemented as determined by the digital distribution platform of initial purchase.
